The structural design is technically challenging to achieve flat soffits, lean lines with careful attention being required at intricate interfaces. An example of this is the external tapering cantilever terrace areas and roofs that extend out from the building at various locations.

The house contains an internal swimming pool as well as several external water features and separate pergola.
